Loadmac Truck Mounted Forklifts has appointed Forkway Group to be their new exclusive distributor and service partner covering all England postcodes.
Designed and manufactured end-to-end at their production facility in Herefordshire, Loadmac is the only truck mounted forklift made in Britain. The company has steadily grown their market share in recent years, declaring themselves ‘the new name for truck mounted forklifts’ in 2019.
With distributors throughout the world, Loadmac announced Forkway Group as their exclusive distributor for England in October 2020. Loadmac Managing Director, Mark Hignett, commented: “We are delighted to welcome Forkway Group on board. They have a proud history as a distributor of forklift products, and we know they will offer the highest levels of expertise and aftermarket support to Loadmac customers. I’d like to thank Forkway's Managing Director Martyn Fletcher and Sales Director Paul Fox for securing this agreement; we look forward to a long and busy partnership!”
With three strategically located depots throughout the country in Buckinghamshire, Yorkshire and Southampton, Forkway Group has over 60 years’ experience in the sale and support of industrial lifting equipment. Paul Fox, Forkway Group Sales Director, explained: “We’ve been incredibly impressed with what we have seen of the Loadmac product.”
Fox continued, “Features such as the genuine one-side offload, multi-directional steering and outstanding build quality and durability really set this product apart from its competitors. Their model range also ties in perfectly with the Forkway Group product portfolio which is already predominantly made up of other great British brands.”
With each Forkway depot having its own fleet of service engineers, sales and support staff, Loadmac is feeling confident about their new partnership. Hignett concluded, “We feel certain that with Forkway’s expertise and coverage, and our market leading range of machines and full technical back-up of the Loadmac factory, our offer will be second to none.”
